ballplayer, and all around funny, nice man. He issued the first Ocote Soul Sounds
45 on his imprint Fruitmeat in May 2003. He is one of the interview subjects
in the Ocote Soul Media book Behind the Turntables, and is most recently
the creator and star of Basics to Boogie Vol. 1, an instructional basketball
DVD.
DJ Rich Medina
DJ, poet/spoken word artist, producer,
and Ocote collaborator, this globetrotter brings progressive music to hearts
and butts worldwide. He is also one of the interview subjects in the Ocote Soul
